Shipping

Q: Do you ship orders Next Day?
       Yes, If the material is in stock.
Q: Can I place an order, and have it shipped overseas?
       
Yes, we will require your UPS, FedEx, or DHL account number.
Q: Can I have my order shipped LTL freight?
       
Yes! We can schedule freight truck pick-ups when required.
Q: Can I use my own freight account number?
       
Yes!
Q: Can you schedule a freight pickup for my order?
   
   Yes! As long as the freight company’s information is provided with the order
Q: Can you ship my order and add freight charges to my invoice (prepay & add)
       
Yes! We can add the freight charges to your Net account or credit card payment.
Q: Can I pick up my order myself?
       
Yes! You can pick up your order after you are notified your order is ready.
Q: Do I need a commercial Invoice for my orders?
     
 In some cases, out of the country orders will require a Commercial Invoice.

Q: Can you work weekends in case of emergencies?
    Yes, but there will be an additional charge.
Q: Do you lead form?
     Yes, please send an original part drawing and the forming drawing so we are able to give you a quote.
Q: Do you bake parts?
     Yes! Please let us know what level or length of time you need.
Q: Do you dry pack moisture sensitive parts?
     Yes! We use moisture barrier bags, desiccant and HIC cards.
Q: Can you tape from trays and tubes?
     Yes, we can actually tape from trays, tubes or bulk packages.
Q: Can you apply Kapton tape to parts?
    Yes! We apply Kapton tape for pick and place parts and we also have many different sizes of it in stock.

Q: Can I get a copy of my Invoice in advance? 
     Yes!
Q: Am I able to return or exchange products?
    Yes!  As long as the product is not damaged.
Q: What do I do if I ordered the wrong parts, received the wrong item, was shorted or received damaged goods?
    Please contact your customer service representative and they will help you through the problem. 

Q: How deep can you make a carrier pocket?
     We are able to go up to 30 mm in depth.
Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
     We do not have a minimum requirement for reels, cover tape or stock carrier, but we do charge $150 for carrier that is not in stock.
Q: How fast can you make a carrier pocket for our custom part?
     Normal turn time is 1 week. We do offer expedited services.

Q: What is the standard lead time for vacuum sealers and where are they shipped from?
     Lead times are normally 3-4 business days and they ship from San Diego, CA.
